Vidiano

Vidiano is an indigenous Cretan grape variety. 70% of Vidiano is a stainless steel fermented wine while 30% is fermented in French oak barrels of 228lt, where it ages for 4 months on lees. It has a moderate lemon color with golden hues and impressive aromas of apricot, vanilla, butter, banana, almond, bergamot, and citron. Rich on the palate, with moderate body, oily texture, and refreshing acidity.

Enjoy it with fish, seafood and vegetables. Best served at 10°C.
